After her first book became a New York Times Best Seller, Elise Loehnen realized what it was missing: On Our Best Behavior—which uses the framework of the Seven Deadly Sins to unpack how women are programmed to be “good”—helped readers understand their behavior and the history behind it. But, as Elise so poetically told us last year, “There’s a sense, after you understand it all, of, ‘OK, well NOW what, asshole?’”
We’re happy to report that she answered that question in the form of a just-published interactive workbook, Choosing Wholeness Over Goodness: A Process for Reclaiming Your Full Self, which she co-wrote with Courtney Smith, a renowned Enneagram expert and coach. The pair brought their workbook to the Godmothers stage, where they were joined by Jennifer Rudolph Walsh, one of the store’s co-founders.
